A very lucky find! The hostess goes the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is quiet and not far from the main road into town. The off-road parking is convenient for guests with cars. The hostess is flexible on arrival time, which is a plus.
The property can be overwhelming for those sensitive to smells, as there is a strong dog odor throughout. The lack of a front door key can be inconvenient for guests who wish to return late.

It was a refreshing change from staying in the same hotels. the location was easy to access from the ring road, yet far enough from traffic to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. Vicky, the host, was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the thoughtful details like a fridge stocked with fresh milk and complimentary drinks, to the Emergency Snack Box in our room, every little detail was taken care of. Starting our day with breakfast overlooking the beautiful garden and lake was the perfect way to begin our day. Cons: Almost perfect! 😊.
